Notes to the Mainlanders

I arrived in Tassie yesterday to be greeted by the amazing Carinda Rue and her beautiful family. Carinda is an inspiration, she owns YogaBugs Tasmania and has classes all over the state between herself and her team. She is also mother of two amazing yogabugs, Connor (ten) and Mia (seven), and wife to Adriaan. I am down here with this beautiful family to interview Carinda, her team, her students and parents and to travel out to Bruny Island School where Carinda has helped make yoga part of the school day. Thanks to Carinda I will be able to film classes at the school and elsewhere – and start to make a short documentary about how yoga can help our kids be even happier, stronger, more confident and more amazing. I will share more of these images as they begin to be published, but in the meantime I thought I would give you this pick of my furry friend, Zaccy. While here I am being totally spoilt – with a big double bed and room of my own – I even get to sleep with this cuddly kitty. What a treat!
