Kids’ Yoga

In these fun-filled 1 hour classes your child learns to develop body awareness, balance, strength, relaxation, concentration, muscle tone and suppleness, confidence and creativity. Yoga teaches children a range of tools for stress management including breathing exercises, visualisation, non-competitiveness and sharing. Yoga’s physical, mental and emotional benefits make it suitable to aid any child in becoming more content, energised and compassionate.
